Twelve weekly emails

Some of the Head Office systems provided to you as a franchisee are genuinely awesome (seriously, they're unusually good!) Some of these systems include automated customer support emails that go out each week from you, the franchisee, to your existing schools and parents.

For example, one weekly email will go to each of your parents each week to tell them what content their child has been doing at our afterschool sessions. We also have a similar weekly email going to your schools to let them know what their students have been studying.
