The last two years have been an absolute whirlwind here at Magical Maths. The franchise has been VERY popular with would be business owners and a lot of those have regularly asked me the same thing...

That is "Colin, what makes a phenomenally successful franchisee?"

'Do you know what' I thought to myself whilst shuffling around my kitchen the other day 'it's about time I penned an answer to that question.

So, yep, here it is:

MONEY!

There's no secret about it, to be phenomenally successful, franchisees must know how to generate money. If they can't do this they won't last long. Generating money in any business is all about sales and marketing. You have to market to get lots of potential customers and then know how to sell to convert them into full-on, genuine, real-life PAYING customers!

This isn't easy. Most people can't do it.

At all.

If that's you right now, and you're wanting to become a franchisee, don't worry. You don't need to be good yourself. But you do need to be open to learning, and you categorically must have a franchisor who is exceptionally good at these skills and supply you with marketing support and training.

A Great Product...

In fact, a great product alone isn't enough. You must have complete belief in that product and believe you're helping people with what you sell. If you're looking to booking a franchisee, look at the product your chosen franchise sellsand ask yourself if you can be passionate about selling it. If you can you probably won't go far wrong.

Time!

I always say, the most valuable thing available to any of us is time. Particularly in business, how we use time determines to no small degree our level of success. Look at any hugely successful franchisee and i assure you they're using their time more effectively than others.

So, any good franchisor better have some jolly-darn-good systems to help automate your business and save masses of time and generate passive income for you.

The final BIG thing any phenomenally successful franchisee needs is the right support, guidance and training.
